By the grace and providence of God, thousands of lives have been touched this year through The Foundation. A big thank you to our primary sponsor, Entelect, as well as our secondary sponsors, ServeSA and MyActive for their hard work, dedication and financial support to make everything possible. In summary...
- Our government accredited ICT training centres for unemployed youths have spread to fifteen low-income areas throughout South Africa.
- Study grants were given to 344 students, together with schooling and social support grants to 150 families.
- Our farming initiative in the Eastern Karoo continues to grow, which allowed us to serve approximately 31,000 meals to disadvantaged children in low-income areas and to distribute approximately 6,500 fresh vegetable hampers to families in need.
- Our Johannesburg based soup kitchens served approximately 9,700 meals and distributed 950 food parcels to families in need.
- The Light of Hope Homes and Schools housed and assisted over a hundred impoverished men, women and children in coming to healing through Jesus Christ.
- The Alpha Omega Mission prayer team offered one-on-one counselling, teaching seminars and prayer support to approximately 1,500 people in need of help. In addition, thousands of healing guides and prayer books were given to those in need.
- Various donations were made to affiliate charities, schools and churches throughout South Africa, as well as a church in Zanzibar that was in need of help.
- We have made some strides towards acquiring land for two children’s development centres in rural South Africa, so look forward to taking these projects forward in 2025.
